Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Items must be in original condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Email support@deuspep.com as soon as possible.
